Annual Association Dues
Current annual HOA dues are $750 - paid annually by March 15th of each year. All homeowners are mailed a hard copy invoice. There is a one-time Transfer Fee of $180 paid at the time of property closing. Dues are subject to $25/mo late fees if not paid on time.
